I have chucked the Design Team in at the deep end, as some of them had only hours to make theirs !!!!
For my first ATC I decided to use a favourite technique - brayering. I brayered some lovely inks onto the edges of my card, and then added some 'hills' using a torn paper mask. Then I stamped my Lavinia fairy and butterflies in black, adding Sakura Stardust pen for a bit of bling.
this is one of a set of 4 I am curently making. All layers cut by hand & then layered and decoupaged with pinflair glue - angels with attitude they are called xx
made with colourcore paper - embossed then sanded!, added 'me to you' peel offs and sticker.
Fresh off the craft mat lol . Digi Imgae coloured with pro markers and cut out . Backing paper, Mirri card and inked edge . Also a couple of crystals for a wee bit of bling x
A big fat bee ATC. Bee stamp is from CArt-US , Flowers are Hero Arts using Aquamarkers instead of inkpads, background is smacked acetate technique (tutorial on my blog) and the word is a rub on. What can I say, except that the big fat bee spoke to me!
The backing paper is from Basic Grey, the script/mens stamp is from Paperbags Studios. The fob watch stamp is an old one of mine that I think came from Craft stamper magazine as a freebie a few years ago.
(I did post this pic earlier, but now I've popped back on site,it's not here, lol! probably clicked on preview instead of post!
A little birdie told me... Base is covered haphazardly in silver coloured leaf and then coloured with alcohol inks, a piece of tissue paper stamped with a hessian background stamp has been glued on and a sentiment added, a scrap of glittered paper (handmade using pva glue, tissue paper, glass paint and glitter), a decoupaged bird covered in glossy accents, some punched leaves to make a branch and finally some lace coloured to match with alcohol inks. Stamps used are from Hero Arts and Dimension Forth.
I used a large flower punch for this and used a nice pastel background on the ATC back and on top of that the backing paper. This let the blue show from the flower punch. A few nice simple gems to accentuate the flower. A little ribbon and flower gems to finish.
My first ATC for the challenge. I used ribbon, printed image and dimensional magic I also used black stickles on her boots. This is one of my favourite ATC's
Well for the first Challenge Anything goes, I have taken some alcohol inks and inked the baking of the ATC, I then stamped and embossed some cogs, punched some holes and threaded some chain through, attached a Tim Holtz Ticket and some metal tags which i stamped with alcohol inks and cogs again.
