Leah

Here is mine for this week hope you like xxxxx

A plain red background, with an patterned paper covered in red lace. A floral tag as the main image and three small flowers for a little detail.

I have had this shocking pink lace for some time so thought it would be perfect for this challenge, teamed up with a corset, of course, lol.

I eventually found some lace that I had in my hair accessories bag. I made my own lace backing paper and used an image from MCS, mounted it on black card and added a glitzy flower.

Ali

For this one I've used paper from crafty individuals for the background and flowers.
Stamped my image in sepia ink. My lace I got in a big box of stuff someone
was throwing out years ago! ohh and I added a wee gem too!
hope you like it. Alison x

Okies, we are going to change some things here - Instead of going fortnitely we are going to be going weekly - this means we need some new Design Teams members - We are going to have two teams, so one team will stay as we are and the second team will be made up off new crafty folk - So if you fancy being on our team please leave a comment below and we will come and have a nosey at your blog - The commitments to being on our team are to make one ATC per fortnite and to leave comments on the entrys in your fortnite.

We are in the middle of arranging some sponsers, so for now we are running without prizes, but the prizes we will be offering from our sponsers will only be on offer for the entrys that have followed the main Challenge ie this fortnites is mermaids - so all entrys that have that theme will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

Also we have our badge now for the winners and runner ups - So if you have won before, please take this badge for your blog

The mermaid is done with relief outline on acetate. The background is made with gold and snow sparkle embossing powder with black borders and small glitter dots to serve as magic bubbles!

So heres my mermaid, I got her from google, I coloured her with distress inks, made the inky background, embossed over with a vine stamp and then distressed again, added the flower, gems and sentiment

This is a Sweet pea stamp, painted using Distress Inks. You can't really see the glitter properly in the photo, but she sparkles!!!

9th October - 23rd October 12th Challenge Anything Girlie or Anything Goes

The team would like to thank everyone who took part in our last challenge, we all hope that you will join us again this fortnight

.

This is what our lovely design team have been making. The winner of challenge 11 will be announced at mid day on the 9th October.

I used a favourite Personal Impressions stamp for this wistful lady. The poppies are a Lavinia stamp, and the other flowers are Stampin' Up. I couldn't find a good spot to put the word, so I did my usual trick and stamped it onto tissue paper!

Leah
Ok here is mine .. Usual for me at the moment is stamps and distress inks .. must be my thing , Hope you like

Purples ATC

I used DCWV card stock
A didi image coloured with
Koh-i-noor pencils and promarkers (on her face)
finished with a diva brad and a gem

I decided to dig out one of my old Sweet Pea stamps - Mad Tea Party by Ching-chou Kuik for this. I watercoloured the image and added some Sakura Stardust pens for a bit of bling.

Abbie

For my ATC this fortnight I have taken an image and added some color to the image with a gel Pen, I have added metal music note and some gold rhinestones, then to finish I have added two aqua feathers to the doors. xx

Caro's ATC

I don't do girlie very well, but saw an ATC similar and it gave me the idea
of a sort of scarecrow girl.

Getting ready for Halloween. I love my weird and spooky crafting, so I'm inspired at the moment! The stamps are from Stampotique, coloured with Promarkers, and the background is spray inks by Dylusions
