Challenge 15 Anything Goes or To add some Lace to your ATC

Thank you to all who took part in our last challenge, everyone's ATC's were fabulous. We will be announcing the new DT team as soon as possible, we will be contacting you through your blogs to those who are successful so good luck to you all and thank you for applying.

Winners of challenge 14 will also be announced shortly.
So without further ado, this is what our team have come up with, please feel free to go look at their blogs.

Background paper , corner punch and lace from SU . Flower , brad and Sweet tag from stash . Hope you like .

I have used stamps from the Urban Collection, which have been inked, lace has been added and the little bird placed on the top. xx

Here is mine for this week hope you like xxxxx

A plain red background, with an patterned paper covered in red lace. A floral tag as the main image and three small flowers for a little detail.

I have had this shocking pink lace for some time so thought it would be perfect for this challenge, teamed up with a corset, of course, lol.

I eventually found some lace that I had in my hair accessories bag. I made my own lace backing paper and used an image from MCS, mounted it on black card and added a glitzy flower.

For this one I've used paper from crafty individuals for the background and flowers.
Stamped my image in sepia ink. My lace I got in a big box of stuff someone
was throwing out years ago! ohh and I added a wee gem too!
hope you like it. Alison x

Crafting Daisy

Caro's ATC

and edged one side with velvet lace

Okies, we are going to change some things here - Instead of going fortnitely we are going to be going weekly - this means we need some new Design Teams members - We are going to have two teams, so one team will stay as we are and the second team will be made up off new crafty folk - So if you fancy being on our team please leave a comment below and we will come and have a nosey at your blog - The commitments to being on our team are to make one ATC per fortnite and to leave comments on the entrys in your fortnite.

We are in the middle of arranging some sponsers, so for now we are running without prizes, but the prizes we will be offering from our sponsers will only be on offer for the entrys that have followed the main Challenge ie this fortnites is mermaids - so all entrys that have that theme will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

Also we have our badge now for the winners and runner ups - So if you have won before, please take this badge for your blog

Okies - So without further ado - Leah has chosen this theme - Mermaids - You can of course go with anything goes BUT it must be an ATC - We are an ATC and an ATC only blog

So here are what the team have been up to - well done everyone xx

Here is my Mermaid ATC . Used an image and backing paper , also a pice of ribbon some gems and some mirri card .. Hope you like xxxx

Loved making this one!
Began with layer of Cristina Re Luxury Linen Paper
Added clear bubble stickers . Found a mermaid image on clipart ,printed it ,cut out and adhered to ATC. Just sponged the edges with blue .

I used a stamp from the Water Myths and Fantasy set by Non Sequitur, stamped in Versafine Onxy Black. I mounted it onto silver then black card and added Sakura Stardust pen to the tails to give them sparkle and Whisper felt pen to the seaweed fronds.

I have used black card and then mounted a Steampunk Mermaid, the edges have been inked, an image of Steampunk Fish have also been colored with a gold gel pen. To finish off two gold heart gems xx

The mermaid is done with relief outline on acetate. The background is made with gold and snow sparkle embossing powder with black borders and small glitter dots to serve as magic bubbles!

So heres my mermaid, I got her from google, I coloured her with distress inks, made the inky background, embossed over with a vine stamp and then distressed again, added the flower, gems and sentiment

This is a Sweet pea stamp, painted using Distress Inks. You can't really see the glitter properly in the photo, but she sparkles!!!

Here is my mermaid ATC. Used some special sticky balls and covered with acrylic paint and left some clear as air bubbles, used blue veluum for background then variagated the shades with my copics, put some treasure tin that the mermaids had got as well

I fell in loe with this image ! Lots of distress Inks used on this one! Ive put glue gel behind to make it stand out and added some gems .

I Love the mermaid I have used for this atc, cant remember where I got her from though :( I decoupaged her and added a background from my craft studio

The music paper is part of hubbies book, less one page lol, this has been inked, the image has also been inked, the border is a piece of lace and 3 hearts placed on the top

I used stamps from Crafty Secrets Clear Art - Material Girl and paper from K&Co Isabella pad.

Made with a glittery backing paper with a black textured paper on top. I used Halloween stickers and a cat button as embellishments, and a blue sparkle border around the black to finish.

Okies, I have used some rocking horse backing papers and added a picture of a rocking horse, and distressed it a lot !!! added some lace and beads and a button !!! shock horror a button !!! and then i printed the vintage sentiment off, as mine seem to have disapeared xx

For this atc I have used an image from Joanna sheens atc assistant cd rom, loads of vintage on there. Some K & co papers and added some peel offs

I dug out my See D's stamps for this one, old buttons, stitching and thimbles! Inked in various colours.
I added a frame from my stash and aged a couple of paper flowers with some distress ink,
finished off with a couple of brads! x x

I covered my ATC with cute Reindeer backing paper, and then added some velum (on which I stamped and coloured some holly leaves) to this I've added a little robin that I stamped onto white card and coloured with ProMarker and lastly some gold trim. I'm going to use this ATC as a topper on a Christmas card.

9th October - 23rd October 12th Challenge Anything Girlie or Anything Goes

The team would like to thank everyone who took part in our last challenge, we all hope that you will join us again this fortnight

This is what our lovely design team have been making. The winner of challenge 11 will be announced at mid day on the 9th October.

I used a favourite Personal Impressions stamp for this wistful lady. The poppies are a Lavinia stamp, and the other flowers are Stampin' Up. I couldn't find a good spot to put the word, so I did my usual trick and stamped it onto tissue paper!

Ok here is mine .. Usual for me at the moment is stamps and distress inks .. must be my thing , Hope you like

Purples ATC

I used DCWV card stock
A didi image coloured with
Koh-i-noor pencils and promarkers (on her face)
finished with a diva brad and a gem

I decided to dig out one of my old Sweet Pea stamps - Mad Tea Party by Ching-chou Kuik for this. I watercoloured the image and added some Sakura Stardust pens for a bit of bling.

For my ATC this fortnight I have taken an image and added some color to the image with a gel Pen, I have added metal music note and some gold rhinestones, then to finish I have added two aqua feathers to the doors. xx

Caro's ATC

I don't do girlie very well, but saw an ATC similar and it gave me the idea
of a sort of scarecrow girl.

Getting ready for Halloween. I love my weird and spooky crafting, so I'm inspired at the moment! The stamps are from Stampotique, coloured with Promarkers, and the background is spray inks by Dylusions
